Hey guys. This is my first topic of discussion. I am wondering about the effects of steroids and cardio workouts. We all know that anabolic steroids increase the size of all the muscles in the body. The skeletal as well as the internal. The heart is at a constant workout all the time. By doing cardio will it enlarge the heart and possibly give you problems in the future? No sir, dont worry about that. I would suggest some form of moderate daily cardiovascular activity. Even when on a "bulking" cycle. A steady walk at an incline on a tredmill is ideal. By making stronger your circulatory system, you make more efficient the transfer of nutrients within the bloodstream. If you absolutly DISPISE stationary cardio as I do. Twisted is right, some form of aerobic exercise is always beneficial, I perrsonally love cardio, right now I am doing 4 sessions a week @ 30-40 minutes. When bulking I do much less maybe 1 or 2 @ 20 MINUTES. CARDIO IS DEFINETLY A VERY IMPORTANT ASPECT WHEN TRAING ON OR OFF THE JUICE.YOU SHOULD ALWAYS WORK IN SOME CARDIO AT LEAST 2-3 TIMES A WEEK. ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | ||

I agree with all of 'em, and I'm a cardio-lover, if that doesn't sound like a pansy-ass adjective. Running, biking, rollerblading, jump-roping, I just feel better when I've done some. I think this is important for every human being alive! ------------------ ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() |
