This whole week I have lost an incredible amount of strength in my left arm and shoulder. I can hardly lift 50% of what my right half can do. Here is the weird thing, I have absolutly no pain which is very weird. Anyone know what this may be?

I am experiencing something similar. The only problem is that at times I feel a sharp pain when I am doing laterals or presses and my left arm totally collapses. I went to see a doctor, he gave me an anti-inflmmatory and advised me to lay off for a while. Othet than that he was not very helpful.

Well bros seems to be a rotator cuff problem, better get it check and lay off on heavy presses, either shoulder or bench press and lateral raise, and train your rotator with a very light weight, the exercise looks like this, lay down on your side with your arm(the one facing the ceiling) along your body with your forearm making a 90 degrees angle, hold a very light dumbell and move your forearm up and down in a semi-circular fashion. good luck guys...
