Hey, is there any reason that smoking a cigar or two a week would have any serious effects on muscle gain. I just smoked my first one, and kind of liked it--just did a show and was still celebrating--and was just about to start bulking for the next 6-8 months...any thoughts?? I know cigarettes are HORRIBLE, wouldn't touch them on a bet, and I'd never do any drugs like weed, etc., but cigars aren't that bad, are they?? ------------------      | ||

The relaxation that cigars provide could very well HELP your gains. If you want some advice on brands, let me know. I know some decent brands at pretty good prices. -moondog | ||
