THE PAST COUPLE OF DAYS I HAVE BEEN GETTING
SOME SERIOUS MUSCLE TWITCHING GOING ON WHEN IM ASLEEP,MY OLD LADY IS BITCHING AT ME BECAUSE
SHE IS AFRAID IM GOING TO KNOCK HER OUT,I WAS WONDERING IF ANYONE ELSE HAS HAD THIS HAPPEN TO THEM. IM CURRENTLY TAKING 500MG OF SUSTANON250 A WEEK...

i get the same thing, but it's usually while dieting down for a show...if i'm sleeping at all. i think some people just twitch during the nighttime, and some don't. it's usually my arm twitching ....elbow retraction towards my body

Try upping the potassium intake, by like 200-300 mg per day 'til they stop, works for me. Cheap and easy...just my 2 cents...
