I am a 34 year old male, weight is 188lb., hight is 5-11, body fat is 17%. I have never used any anobolic product to date. I have been working out for the past 6 months and am ready to move to the next level. I am considering the following cycle. Primo Depot 100mg/week for 6 weeks My questions are the following: Will the Deca cause increased body fat? How much should I expect to gain in muscle? Is the duration and amount of product enough? Thanks ------------------ IP: Logged |

Deca will give you water retention, so the Primo will help on this. But 6 weeks is not enough. You should give this 10-12 weeks. Why not try 8 weeks on the Deca and 12 weeks on the Primo. And 200 mgr of Primo is better. ------------------ Don't look back, life is too short IP: Logged |

I have some good advice. Don't use gear yet. Wait until you have trained for a minimum of two years. But, if you are planning on doing it you probably will anyway. Here is a suggestion: Deca/Primo 200/200 200/200 300/300 300/300 400/400 400/400 300/300 300/300 ---/300 ---/300 ---/300 ---/300 Don't forget, you will need some clomid because Deca shuts down natural test production. I agree with Maverick---lift hard for a few years, then assess where you are and if AS use if what you want to do. IP: Logged |

I have a very athletic background and have lifted a lot in the past...just not consecutive for the past few years. What is your reasons for waiting? If I do decide to go forward what kind of gain can I expect. P.S. That was one reason why I was looking to do such a short cycle. IP: Logged |

Keep a number of issues in perspective. First, you age is just prime for the incorporation of hormones. Secondly, at your age I would assume your married, or perhaps in a relationship. 34 yearold men need not supress their endogenous testoserone levels by injected a progestin like nandralon and primo. You may in fact be one of the unfortunate few who experince erectile disfunction as a result. Third, these proucts are pricy. Very price, when compared to testosterone. If your interested in playing it safe. If your interested in changing your body composition by reducing adipos tissue and increasing lean muscle mass, then begin your first venture with exogenous hormones with some sort of tesosterone. 250mg of sustatnon would do just that injected every 5 days. However, if you are clueless as how to properly construct your diet and rest times to optomize this relativly small dose, then forget about seeing any appriciable gains. ------------------ IP: Logged |

Yep, you have got to realize steroids are not magic. It takes a good diet, intense training and plenty of rest to make them work properly. They won't get you in shape if that is what you are after. Peace...Mav IP: Logged |

I was under the impression that Primo and Deca were relatively safe with less side effects compared to Sustenon. Diet: I currently eat 6 times a day 3 solid meals and three myoplex/hmb/phosphogen(creatine) shakes. I sleep around 8 hours a day My solid meals are: Lunch & Dinner IP: Logged |
