hey man why are you doing this diet again? The no-carb diet is not that great, and you can lose muscle...why not try a more moderate approach? I would just try eating double your bodyweight in protein, 100g carbs a day and 40g or less of fat a day...you should be able to lose weight, yes a little slower, but you'll keep a lot more size, and your heart will thank you also... I know dieting sucks, but if you are eating TRUELY clean and five meals a day, TRUELY doing your cardio, then you will lose weight...I have never seen it not work....
I wish you the best of luck!!

I guess because I can cook, what to eat is never a problem when I do CKD's.

First of all, anything grilled or broiled. Trimmed steaks, chops, fish (just top w/ virgin olive oil to bring up the fat), burgers. You can do stir frys. BTW-You can eat veggies. I'm not sure why everyone avoids veggies, especially salads. Some type of protein (steak, chicken, fish) on a salad w/ dressing is the perfect keto meal. You can eat pounds of lettuce and never get 25 grams of carbs! Throw on some flax/olive oil dressing and you're set. Then you won't need Metamucil! But as far as proteins, eat what you like. Just not deep fried foods. If you still want more suggestions, just email me and I'll give a long list of items.

I always just eat as low a carbs as possible. When I am in full swing I eat as low as 25 gms a day on average and keep my protein to 300 gms or more. I do this for 12 weeks.
