![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() To all those who don't know-- when coming off bulking cycle it is not wise to do low weight and high reps-- this is what destroys muscles and makes you smaller as you cycle off gear, you have to keep the weight the same for as long as you can after the cycle-- this is an important point in keeping your gains -- haveing winny or other cutter is a different story..... ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() definately...along with heavy training post cycle, it's best to add more rest, fewer sets, and about 10-30% less total calories....lord knows i get fat from the added cals if they are continued in such an extreme manner! but then again, it depends on the individual's metabolism ------------------ IP: Logged |
