I usually inject into the glute with very little problems, but my last injection I added some test suspension (no ester) in oil. I still kept the total amount in the syringe to 3 cc's. The other contents were enanthate and deca, whicjh never caused a lump before. Even 3 days later I have a very hard lump that is pinfull to touch, it seems to be just under the skin. I doesn't itch and doesn't seem to be an infection. I use 1.5 inch 22G pins so that shouldn't be a problem.

Anyone know why the lump which is probably half the size of a golfball and almost as hard, has appeared on my glute. It's very hard and just barely under the skin. It's painful to touch. I have heard of people needing to oil cysts cut out of their glutes, how long should I wait before I start to worry?

BRO-That may take a while to dissapate, you may have some scar tisssue there too. I am gonna guess and say if it isn't any better or worsens after 3 or 4 days, you may start to get concerned. It happened to me in the shoulders, it took like 4 days to dissapate.

I have been injecting 3cc's of enanthate, and getting lumps...they seem to dissipate as the days go by..the 3 I did last night made a nice red area, warm to the touch and very spread out. The shot was deep, damn near all the way in with a 22ga dart. They seeem to ga away. This is the third week doing Deca and T200, and all seems to be going well. The areas seem to itch a bit at about the 5th day.

dont worry it will go away.
if it gets bigger or hurts more in a couple of days then get it checked out.
but it may take sevral days or weeks to vanish .

I experienced the same thing w/ my 1st shot of enthanate. I think it was not deep enough and it was left between the muscle and the fat layer. That hurt like hell, but went away after a week. I thought I had an abcess. I never made that mistake again. After that I really drove it home!

I got one in my ass once, hurt when I rolled over in my sleep and shit. Took about a week to disipate. I was a little worried up till it started going away. Just a bad knot.

I WOULDN'T WORRY ABOUT THE LUMP IF IT IS NOT RED, HOT, AND ITCHY. PROBABLY NOT INFECTED, WHAT YOU COULD DO IS USE HOT COMPRESSES TO REDUCE THE LUMP. THE WET HEAT WILL BRING THE BLOOD TO THE SURFACE AND HELP THE OIL TO DISPERSE FASTER. ALSO A LITTLE MOTRIN FOR THE PAIN SHOULD BE FINE.

big boy is right, try a heating pad, i had an infection a few weeks back, it hurt like hell when i was trying to sleep, it was red, itchy and extremely hot to the touch, i think i did not send it in deep enough, which is rare cause i always drive it right up to the plastic. keep an eye on it if the heat doesn't help go to the Dr.
