This is how I do:

day workout
1 Back
2 Bicep
3 Off
4 Quads
5 Chest/shoulders
6 Tris/Calves/abs
7 Off

The reason why i work Back & Biceps and
Chest/shoulders/Tris besides eachother
is to get longer rest perioders for the
musclegroups.
