everyone knows theat while on AS you must get your rest atleast 8 hours ..

my question to you all is does the sleep have to be countinuous or can you break it into sections

because i cant fall asleep early ..it just wont happen no matter how tired i am ..plus i wake up at the ass crack of dawn ..then when i get home i take a nap...will this still give me my appropriate rest or does the sleep have to be a continuous 8 hours

thanks

peace romeo

if you can't fall asleep, then you can't, but try to not take that nap and see if it helps you fall asleep better at night. Its better to get 8 continuous hours

Romeo grab sleep whenever you can as much as you can while on AS - your body needs to grow during this time. I assume going straight through the night is more effective just because your in the deep (good) sleep for a longer period of time, instead of having to get back in that zone a second time. But it really doesn't matter b/c you said you cannot sleep later or get into bed early so take the naps and make them long.

I have this problem as well, except i don't get to take a nap! I work from 8am-8pm and then work out until 10pm. I never get to bed before 12;30-1:00. Just how detrimental(SP) is this to your cycle?

It's so detrimental it not funny. That sleep is when your muscles do their growing. On top of that...Yesterday the New England Journal of Medicine published a study that showed that men who don't get enough "deep sleep" retain more fat in their midsection. How's that gut Romeo?

If you guys can't sleep call your doctor and tell him you are scratching at night from an allergy and ask him for atarax. It only takes one night to get used to. It's safe and won't interfere with your cycle. Just take it an hour before bed. ZZZZZZZZ

Hey ulter, is 7hrs enough? I can't work out in the mornings and it's too hard to unwind and go right to bed when i get home from the gym at night.

Hey bro sleep whenever you can. It's good to get eight solid hours and take naps but that is just not realistic for most of us as work interferes. I have trouble falling asleep at night while on but could easily sleep till noon if the job let me. Unfortunately 7:00 as late as it gets for me.

As long as you dream (REM sleep) and you get 6 hours of deep sleep your fine.

Gamer, Try Doral. It will put you to sleep and it wears off in 6 hours so you have no hangover effect. It's great for jetlag too.

just so everyone knows i am not on a cycle...i am a natty but i will juice someday just not this day....the reason i asked this question is just for future reference ...plus the fat that sleep is just as important to growing natty as it is growing while on AS..

and to answer your question..ulter...my gut has gone down quit a bit ..because of all the extra cardio i have been doing ..plus i kill my abs everyday at the gym .now ....its such a rush because my upper abs and my serratus muscles are really beginning to show ....so it makes me wanna work even harder ....i have it all planned out ...i will have my sixer by next summer ..gauranteed...

thanks for the input guys

p.s. i would really rather get my sleep natty if i could ...trying to keep the poisions to a minimum...

peace romeo

Romeo, I'm copying that post into my archives. I'm going to ask you the same question in 10 years. How's your gut? If your answer's not the same I'm going to show this post. So keep up the good work.
