I have used these at the same time. Frankly, creatine doesn't help me that much, but I don't think there's anything dangerous about it. See how it works for you and let me know. Creatine will cause some water retention, so if you're looking to get shredded, I'd lay off it for aesthetic purposes.

Creatine doesn't cause water retention. One of the reasons creatine works is because the water is pulled within the muscle, causing the elastic layer around your muscle to stretch, which allows for enhanced blood circulation, meaning you will have a better pump.

In fact, creatine is said to be a positive additive to any stack that causes water retention bc it reduces that bloated 'look' while allowing the accelerated muscle growth that water retention can enduce. Why do you think anadrol 50 works so well?

Take the creatine as it, will at the very worste, do now harm.

Bullshit, creatine does not equal intramuscular water retention. Your going to get subcutaneous water retention. Glutamine is the only over the counter supplement that will yield intramuscualr. However, as cynical as I am results my vary. I will acknowledge that.
