What are some good high-calorie foods that you guys eat? Stuff that's really dense in calories?

I guess it really depends on what you want. Fruit juices are calorie dense, as are pastas and breads, but I'd look more towards a supplement like those weight gainer shakes. I'd be curious to hear what other people have to say, but if you try to eat too many calories in one sitting, its not too good for you. Better to eat five 700 claorie meals and mix in two 1,000 calorie shakes. Be careful of too much sugar. It'll make you softer.

Big Mac, Double whopper jk. Try some weight gainers with peanut butter. Packed with calories. Be careful about what kind of weight gainer you get. Alot of them are stuffed with sugar. Later, Green
