Holyfield, Triple H, etc....some of these guys out there got some weird ass chest shapes.....(because of Holyfields training, his middle chest lacks development, he's put together real nice, but I'd never want that chest...) Triple H has come along lately, for awhile there his chest looked really bad and off balance.

I know alot of bros out there giving it their all on declines and inclines and flyes and presses, but I'll tell ya, I love how my chest has turned out over the years and this is all I do, over a period of 4 different workout days:

Primary:
1) flat bench
2) d-bell press (heavy)
Secondary:
1) close grip bench (primarily for triceps, but works the inner chest great)
2) upright dips (lower chest)
3) tricep ext. straight bar (hits the lower chest on the lower rep end of a pyramid)

Thats basically the exercises that I've used over the past 7 years and I'm very pleased with my chest development. One thing I'm gonna start adding to see what happens is the pec dec. I was told very early in my lifting that it was more of a "sculpting" exercise (told that by Mr. West Virginia), of course that was back when I didnt need any sculpting @ 145lbs, now that I've hit 250lbs I'm gonna give it a few months and see what happens.

Anyone out there get good results from the pec dec ?

peace,
H-man
