Hello Brothers,
This may sound like a redundant question.
I would like to get everyone's input on what constitutes an acceptable diet for a cutting cycle. Beyond the normal chicken breasts, yams, cottage cheese....etc. Obviously the carbs are an issue, but please list the types of foods that you consume while cutting that have proven to be somewhat palatable and yet effective. In addition....I am always on the road it seems....what type of protein bars would be okay for a cutting cycle? Also.....the issue of fruit has been discussed recently with regard to the naturally high sugar content. What fruits if any are advisable? I've never "seriously" and intelligently approached a cutting cycle, and would like to compile a good list of foods so I can be as successful as possible. I have the muscle I want.......just want to "shrinkwrap" my midsection. I'm planning on winny/eq/clen/eca to help me accomplish this goal. Thank you for your time gentlemen.

I'm dieting now. Here are the foods I consume.
eggs
tuna
chicken
low fat cottage cheese
low fat yogurt
protein shakes
oats
salt free plain rice cakes
proto cookies(my tasty treat for the day)
Bananas(only after workout)
flax oil

Thats it, all my foods. Not much flavor here but thats not the point of cutting.

I mix 1/2cup of dry oats into the egg whites and scramble. I just add a little water to keep them moist and "fluff" the oats. No yolks being that I am dieting. I get my fat from flax. Pretty simple. Here is another meal idea. I mx 6oz. chicken, 1/2cup cottage cheese, and 1tbsn flax together for a good diet meal. 400cals, 53g protien, 17g fat, and only 4g carbs.

delts, I don't consider myself a pro but I assoaciate with a lot of them since that's where I'm trying to be. Most of them don't go on diets, like Thor said try to eat clean all the time and don't start any diet you are not able to keep up for a lifetime otherwise you'll just gain the fat back as soon as you start eating your normal meals again. (Not gospel, just my 2 cents)

A table spoon of extra vergin olive oil has been shown to decrease hunger in people who ingested it as opposed to other supermarket oils (corn, slafflower ect.) Consider this when preparing meals. I have experienced this hunger blunting effect, it's no BS.

Try this. I did this on my diet for two weeks. This is a very good high protein, good card breakfast THAT WILL FILL U UP.

PROTEIN PANCAKES

1/2 CUP OF DRY OATS.
1/2 CUP OF WATER
1 WHOLE EGG, 2 EGG WHITES
1 SCOOP OF PROTEIN POWDER.(20 -30 GRAMS)

put all of this into the blender and make a batter out of it. pour into the pan and make your pancakes. Should be about 10 small pancakes. add a sweetneer to the mix if u like.

I'm no expert, but I don't believe AS is a good idea for cutting unless you are a serious competator,to much stress on your nuts, save that for growing.
As a life long SUSTAINABLE improvement you can get there with time and eating right.Without dietary disappline you won't be able to make more then a short time improvement with AS anyway,a waste IMHO.

Donald,
You make an excellent point regarding a lifetime sustainable diet and I agree. However, there won't be many bros aboard here that would agree to try to severely cut their bodyfat without the use of clen, winny, or eq. Too much muscle loss will accompany the fat loss I believe.
