My arms are a little smaller in proportion to the rest of me, I am thinking about making one day a week just for bis/tris. Has anyone done this with any success? IP: Logged |

My arms suck, so I usually do an arm day where I do just arms. I'm trying some new things too, like doing one set of curls then doing one set of dips, then back to curls, and so on. My whole arm gets pumped that way. IP: Logged |

Bro, fuck all of the "laws" you've heard. I worked my arms everyday during Freshmen year summer and gained a couple inches! Just supplement with Whey and creatine. Here is the workout I did, only using an EZ-Curl Bar; Killer set these (no rest in between) Outside Grip Curl 3 x 10 I used the same weight for each. Give this a try.

My Bis came up very( adding 1/2" off cycle in 6 weeks) nicely by switching form 1 psycho Bi workout a week to 2 moderate great pump workouts ( 1 after chest , 1 after back ) IP: Logged |

train your arms all in one workout, in a superset manner. keep stretching movements together and contracted together and so on. also split bi's into back day and tri's at the end of chest. just do 1 long extended set, say 50 reps, but do it so u curl say 20 then rest for 10 seconds then pick it up and go till u cant. then do it again till your pumped to shit. worked well fof me. yo Super... You will find dedicating a day to bis and tris very satisfying....I've taken my arms to nearly 20" now and its mainly from standing straight curls and pyramiding down to a single....(x12,x10,x8,x6,x4,x2,x1) You should just barely be able to complete your 12th rep (10th,8th and 6th) while still keeping great form, THEN your starting to get pretty heavy, so your gonna cheat a bit (sway), thats OK, cause your actually preparing your 4 rep set to become your 6 rep set and so on, you just gotta make sure to keep moving up in weight as you get stronger...... personally, I've always stayed away from preachers or concentrations, they arent really "mass" producers, but now that I've got my arms close to where I want them, I am doing them.... OH HEY, most importantly, if you want arm size, it the tricep thats gonna give you the most, its 3/4 (75%) of the upper arm !!! I love close grip benching (strict and heavy) tricep extensions, overheads, and dips, I've never done a "kick-back" in my life, fuck that one.... peace, IP: Logged |

You will definately get a great pump by doing bi's and tri's on the same day, especially alternating exercises bi then tri etc. Don't get caught up on arms, your better off dedicating a day to Squats and Deadlifts Natural-Mike IP: Logged |
