![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() I am a walking 185 pounds worth of cortisol. Right now I i'm dieting down to 180 before I start the fall cycle. Everytime I cut up after about four weeks the stress hits me. The reduced calories/carbs and increased cardio start to show thier ugly side. I always get this way. I start to worry and obsess about everything. I get a mild case of obsessive compulsive disorder going on but it's only when I diet down. I am in my fifth week now and it is stressing my ass out. Any suggestions on how to ease this. Medications, drugs, counciling, anything to un-stress me. I can feel the corisol coursing through my blood. Any help would be appreciated. IP: Logged |

Seriously bro, it will do you a world of good...Definately betteer than being a fucking quitter. Another plus is that you'll feel like a god in the gym the next day. IP: Logged |

I find that when I am anxious and stressed out I go in the garage and pound the heavy bag a while. ![]() ![]() ![]() I'm dead serious about a cheat day...I don't think you are dieting for a contest, so go for it. There's physically no way to put on a significant amount of fat by doing this-Remember 3,500 calories = 1 lb of fat and you won't eat a surplus of 3,500 calories in one day, trust me. In fact, it can give your metabolism a much needed boost. Yes, you will hold a bit of water if you eat like shit for a day, but that will go away. I take at least one cheat day per week when I'm dieting just to get the bodyfat in check. IP: Logged |
