What do some of you think about taking 4-6 week cycles of test as opposed to the type 8-12 week. I have been off and on juice for about 2-3 years now and have always done 8-12 week cycles when using test as my base. I am debating using a 4 week cycle like so. The dosage would be constant but the substance would hold the taper. w1: sust 750-1000mg Something like that.... JJ IP: Logged |

From what I've learned you don't need the clomid with HCG. Clomid has never been clinically tested for the use everyone takes it for anyway and HCG has. OK all you Clomidians get out your flame throwers. I would go back to 12 week cycles if I were you. These are my experiences and opinions and not necessarily those of this board. IP: Logged |

I've had way to many side effects from the longer cycles, I broke out so bad I spent 5 months on accutane not taking any supplement and having a control diet. I lost 40 lbs. in 3 months on this. Just got off of some Fina and insulin and managed to pick up 40lbs in 4 weeks and I am now back where I was to begin with. Nuclear Nutrition and Anabolic extreme both advocate short cycles for some people I was just wondering if anybody had tried these. Also clomid is not to raise test levels it is also an anti-estrogen and I personally need it while taking HCG because HCG is known for conversion. Thanks for the help... IP: Logged |

Oh, well I have no useable knowledge or experience with those kinds of sides. The topic read "Short vs Long" and I thought that was your question. Not say "Has anyone tried shorter cycles?" I understand what Clomid is used for but I am of the belief it's benefits are overstated. Good Luck JJ IP: Logged |

Short cycles will only work IF you can eat enough during that short cycle and train enough. The theroy is not really using a single short cycle, it is based upon using many short cycles....ie 4 wks on, 2 off, 4 on...etc. while using higher than normal dosages of quick acting gear.
You really need to give your body enough time to use the test or whatever and to utilize the food to grow the muscle. I'm rambling...I'm tired. Email me and we can go into more detail. BPP IP: Logged |
