I am doing a cycle of 200 mg of primo a week and 400 mg of deca a week. Will this be a good one to lose some body fat. I've also been thinking of using some clen. Some helpful suggestions on losing some bodyfat please. I do a lot of cardio but never lose the fat. I was thinking of a liquid diet for 3 days?

It will be decent to maintain muscle while shedding BF.It,in and of itself, will not cause you to lose fat.That will come as a result of dietary manipulations/cardio work.The clen is geared toward helping the fat loss process.

ok bro you are new here so im gonna tell you what alot of people will tell you ...do a search..and you will find answers..

and if you do alot of cardio and you do not lose weight then obviosly your diet sucks ...

cardio alone will not rid you of all your fat...I see people in my gym day in and day out running for hours on the treadmills and never lose a pound it seems...think diet cardio and weight training...I figure you already are weight training and doing cardio, but I bet you are not dieting as clean as you think or should be...eat complex carbs with protein at all meals...six meals a day eat 10-12x your bodyweight in cals to start with...keep fats moderate and healthy...eat 1.5-2g of protein per lb of weight...use the rest of your cals with healthy carbs....
I think that if you do this you'll see great results...try taking some xenadrine or something also...
KEY: it takes 21 days of dieting to see 1 day of results!
if you think this way you will NOT fail...
so if you diet for 42 days you'll see 21 days of results...
if you don't belive me take a pic when you start, then take a pic every week...I bet you money, that you'll only see a small change the first three weeks, but between the third and fourth pic you'll be fucking amazed...!
