I just swicthed to Iso Pure and I am coming off a cycle of SUS/DECA/Reforvit-b and top off at 33 1/2 pounds as of last week and now i started using Iso Pure and put on 6 more pounds. The other Protien just flat out sucked!!! I wish I would have known before. IP: Logged |

Have yall ever stopped to think that the reason that they tear up your stomach and ass hole are that this stuff sits in your colon and is not digested completely causing gas. There is no better tasting way of getting more than adequate protien than with meat. near raw and bloody. and we all love to eat anyway. I thing about half of the protien shakes is just more advertising bullshit. the old timers did and it worked for them. IP: Logged |
