   Now i've heard many times that it's legal to import gh to the us, it can't be seized. Now does one require a script in order to do this, is there a limit on how much you can import??? Anyone with solid info please respond. IP: Logged |

hey bro, check out this site PLEASE DON'T POST SOURCE SITES ! its legal with a script from them. all pharmaceuticals sold to U.S. patients are approved for medical use in the United states. OK, Now lets say your approved for 4iu a day for 6mos. well you want to do 8iu. you go to another site with a off shore doctor and try to get approved for 4iu, that would be illegal because they ask if you are now receiving gh from another site. HEY PAPA,thanks for editing my post. I wasn't thinking about the source posting,because I thought it would be ok, they are a legal site.Any way it will not happen again. PAPA, THEY REFER PATIENTS TO U.S MEDICAL DOCTORS..... to issue prescriptions for medically eligible patients. ALL pharmaceuticals sold to U.S. patients ARE approved for medical use in the United States. NO foreign drugs. I hope this clears the legals for ya. IP: Logged |

If the site is the one I think Lionheart is refering to, I know for a fact they use medical doctors from Utah and Florida among other states. I may be wrong but I think that the 90 day rule applies to HGH - you can order about 90 days worth at your prescription amount. How often you can order it is an interesting facet of the equation - if a previous shipment was not seized, customs would not know how many packages you are ordering within a certain period. But what if it was seized - it would probably spoil due to no long term refrigeration. IP: Logged |

You can get a 90 day supply back into the USA or you can have it done here and get it here if I am not mistaken. You can go to Europe or Mexico - Cancun.... You can bring it back as long as you have that script. IP: Logged |

Question: At one point wasn't GH scheduled (IV perhaps?). Comment: I have seen ads in a certain magazine that advertise a "company" that sells GH for $230.00 per 15iu (or 13iu?).It makes it seem as if its domestic. Also there is a company in the Southeast US that sells doctor(US) prescribed GH -and comments have said it was "reasonably priced" Mods-comments or questions?-post or email ------------------ IP: Logged |

As of right now, hGH is not a scheduled drug (it's not a drug at all, but a hormone), though the FDA and DEA are looking at issues of abuse. It's also only available via presciption, meaning that a valid one must be accompanied in order to obtain it, either domestically or internationally. If one were to bring some across an international border, it would not be seized if it were a personal amount, i.e. 90-day supply. Any more than that and one would be risking it. IP: Logged |

Although I am not positive about the specifics for GH, I do know for a fact that the "90 day rule" that everyone refers to is not a rule at all. This is an exception made by the FDA, that, in purely legal terms, the FDA doesnt have the authority to make..it is a result of pressures from AIDS activism groups. I am not saying that Customs or the FDA arent going to allowing this flexibility, I just wanted it to be clear that we arent entitled to this exception. Further, drugs that are produced in the US and exported to foreign countries cannot be brought back into the country legally, but again Customs is flexible about this. I'll try to find the specifics onhtis issue from a Senate hearing that was held back in the spring on on-line pharmacies. IP: Logged |

All last year I was ordering Humatrope from I. *. Sysytems....shit came with the examined by US customs stickers all over it, I ALWAYS RECIEVED. Now get this. Ordered Yohimbine after they were placed on the alert list and it got detained. They released it, but I have still yet to recieved it, and I am raising hell with them. I think if you order it from a pharmacy that is not on the alert you will recieve it. It was also always sent with the importation policy of the US with it....and according to I * Systems it is not controlled in the US. So if it is not controlled than why not? I'm planning to order more this winter....just from a different company. IP: Logged |
