Yes it is available down there.My buddy picked a brand called clomipheno(not sure if thats spelled correctly,but thats how its pronounced.)Worked well for him.

You can pick up omnifin (clomid) down there for around $12 for 30 tabs.

Last I heard Omifin has been discontinued. You can get Serofen (sp?) though.

Omnifin by Hoechst Marion Roussel was discontinued at the beginning of the year, though you may still find it at some pharmacies. The brand Serofene by Serono is widely available. The latest price I've seen is $4.80/10 tabs in Tijuana. The brand Gonaphene by Organon can also be found, but it's not as widely available.

Actually there is still quite a bit of Omifin around in the pharmacies. The Serofene is now being more prominently displayed/featured.
Steer clear of the SPNA(?) big white bottles of 100 tabs supposedly made in Hong Kong or somewhere like that. The tabs are a steal at $20-$30 per 100 tabs but nothing can be said as to their quality control/purity.
