Neck: 18 Shoulders: 54 (top of delts) 58 (lower delts) Chest: 48 1/4 (across nips) 49 1/2 (just above nips) Left bi: 18 1/2 Right bi: 18 3/4 Lt. forearm 15 Rt. forearm 15 Quads 28 1/4 Calves 17 Waist 35 Weight 245 1/2 Compare this to the stats from http://www.seriphos.net/CHESTYS/physical%20stats.htm Scroll to bottom and look at the stats for 14 Feb. These were the latest measurements that I have to compare these to. I figure that the 30 pounds of weight I have put on is in the increase in leg size (quads and calves), there was a modest increase in chest, neck and arms. Waist is the same. I hope that most of the 30 pounds is gain in muscle not water gain. I do not have a puffy look, I am still moderately vascular with veins noticable in quads still. I still have ab definition. When I post pics you be the judge. chesty ------------------ IP: Logged |

Leg mass is important. It seems as if this cycle has taken your previous body and just enlarged it moderately. That is great if you liked the shape you had to begin with. The only specific growth seems to be in your legs and that makes you better overall. Can't wait for the pics. You have been making great gains since you first posted your pics (a long time ago). ------------------ http://2thick.elitefitness.com IP: Logged |

I have really worked my legs this time, my arms were hard to work out because of my surgery, but they are getting better all the time. Next cycle I hope to add more quality and density. chesty ------------------ IP: Logged |

Thanks Ranger, I hope to have those pic's posted by end of september. They will be taken by the end of Aug one week after end of cycle. I may end the cycle a week later just cause using my bottle of T50 or I may save it, don't know. chesty ------------------ IP: Logged |

Never saw your first pic but new stats look good. I also agree I could never gain any serious size untill I worked the hell out of my legs! IP: Logged |

Looks good Chesty, impressive gains!! Especially given that you were ~215 in some of those pictures.... 30 lbs is nothing to be unhappy with. How long is this current cycle? IP: Logged |

Thanks, this cycle is ending up being 9 weeks instead of 8. I missed a week of shots (just had dball) because I was moving. I am hoping that by next Monday it will end at 250-255lbs. Be mostly food and waste but that is life. Next cycle I plan on starting at 230-240 and adding another 20-30 pounds or more. Going to concentrate more on upper body instead of legs next cycle. Great work chesty, impressive stats.Just a thought for the future, judging by the measurements,as we haven't seen the latest pics, another half to one inch on the calfs and chest, and maybe an inch or two loss in waist size and you would have one impressive physique with great proportions.Once again great job, look forward to seeing the new pics. I am working on it. The before pics are on my website. At contest time, my waist is around 32 inches. Next cycle, I am planning on concentrating on upper body. I won't forget legs though. I just remeasured and arms are at 19 1/8 hour after workout. Right now I can't even tie my own shoes, or scratch my nose without help, my arms don't bend that much, and my legs don't bend either, the pump in them is something fierce. Thanks for the comments. chesty IP: Logged |

checkout my website stats section, you will see measurements from 3 years ago to this Feb. I think mainly my chest and back suffered due to elbow surgery, rest assured I will correct that next cycle. I plan on busting the 20 inch arm barrier, should be no problem I am at 19 1/8 right now, would be kool to bust the 29 inch thigh and 18 inch calf mark too, hell I am going for a 19 inch neck. My great dane is not going to have a bigger neck than me! ------------------ IP: Logged |
