I went to 2thicks injection sight, and found that my glute injections may not be right. It shows that they should be injected into the back side of the butt cheek. I have been injecting mine on the side of my butt. Should i keep doing it this way? IP: Logged |

The side toward the hip is fine also. Most people can't reach the backside of the glute so the side is fine. IP: Logged |

The only thing is i haven't been feeling the tingle of muscle penetration for the past 3 injections. I am using a 1.5" needle. I think i should be okay IP: Logged |

As you responded to mine...I have only felt that "tingley" sensation this morning... I lay on my side pull one knee up so I can see the glute and inject right below the belt line about 1-2" If I flex I know there is muscle there so I think it is good. I consulted with 2thick mulltple times over this...maybe email him ------------------ IP: Logged |

I personally inject high and wide. I always lay down and shoot at the top of my glute and to the side. I am sure the 1.5 is deeply in the muscle. I feel for it before I shoot. When I used to shoot in the cheek it used to hurt. High and wide is scary because there is NO pain or feeling whatsoever!!! I bury it to the hilt, aspirate and dump 3ccs!! IP: Logged |
