I was looking at the end of my cycle waiting a month then staring a new one. any suggestions out there or anyone that has done this. The cycle that I'm on right now isn't that heavy 6dbols a day for 5 weeks and then 5 dbols for the 6th week; 400mg of nor 50 for 5 weeks and then 6ht 300mg and then 200mg the 7th. Later, IP: Logged |

Bro the tried and true formula for this is:Time spent on=time to take off,to restore your receptors back and give your body a proper break.Hope this helps. IP: Logged |

I think 6-8 weeks is the optimum time off. I find it takes me that long, I can feel my body getting back to normal. Not sure if being 47 makes it longer or not. Sharky ------------------ IP: Logged |

I've had very good results from 96 days on and 96 days off. This lets you split your dosages to every four days and allows 12 8 day weeks. With 7 day weeks your dosages are uneven with 3 days then 4 days. Your body isn't designed with a 7 day week in mind. IP: Logged |

You can check that easily yourself. Suppose you did a 12 week cycle (no mather what), you go at it again (that depends on you) let's say 8 weeks later and when you get results, you will know that your receptors where ok. ------------------ Don't look back, life is too short IP: Logged |
