Pharmanimal had posted his plan and I thought I would share what I would like to do. I too have wanted to put together a scientific drawn out plan for a 2 month program where everything is layed out ahead of time and coincides with training and fluctuations in calories from day to day. I also wanted to have it where if I had 100 grams of carbs (number is just for ease in explaining my theory/plan) and was divided over 6 meals the most percent of those carbs would come in the morning and the least in the evening (last meal). Something like this meal 1 25% of daily carb intake 25 grams meal 2 20% 20 grams meal 3 15% 15 grams meal 4 15% 15 grams meal 5 15% 15 grams and meal 6 10% 10 grams = 100% Now like I said the 100 grams was for ease in explaining and would really most likely be 150 to 200 grams a day and would be also divided the same way. I'm not competing or anything just real into it and determined to get to 5% BF, at about 7.5% right now with out giving up any muscle. The idea of this carb lowering during day is your body needs less as day goes on and will store more of it later in the day. Last meal of the day could even be 0% carbs with the difference going to the post workout meal as it is needed there for refueling. Also as the carbs go down the protein would go up, same way just different directions. Fat can be tailored to individual preferences but would be the missing % of calories in each meal after the carb and protein calories have been taken care of. Other details of importance: Calories would change within a 1000 cal window to not allow for the body to acclimate itself to a lowering of calories. EX. I would on day 1 have 2000 cals day 2 have 3000 day 3 2500 and repeat while at the end of the week I have created a deficit with out going low all week, fooling the body. As you can see to work out exact it has to be planned extensively ahead of time and foods would need to be measured and exact so ratios aren't messed up. The cardio is in the morning and is 4 times a week, 2 running and 2 incline walking - running 30 to 45 minutes and walking 1 hour. What you think? IP: Logged |
