We all know how the story starts. Lots of friends at the gym all workin hard and showwing off thier strong points. Well this story also has another twist (going back to a older post) One guy dropped a 45 plate on his two little toes. OPPSSSS Well while during curls my right bicep decied that I had enough. It is sore as hell today and I have a very physical job to go back to tomorrow. Any body w/ kinda the same problem and how long was the down time I refuse to drop my cycle!!!!!!! IP: Logged |

bro.... the androgens help you to recover from injuries faster....increases protein synthesis etc....sorry to hear about the injury, lord knows i've had my fair share of them! ------------------ IP: Logged |

Bro, I had this problem last week I could not walk i hit may calves hard and i over did it I could not walk very well and they where swolen up and it felt like they where just about to cramp up. It took me three days to get back to normal i missed 3 days at the gym as i could not stand correctly and it hurt to move about. Just rest it do your legs etc just leave it a couple of days..! ------------------ IP: Logged |
