Welcome back my knowledgable friends. This is primarily aimed at newbies who think they know what steroids are all about but don't know the half of it. This is also aimed at the vets for something fun, but it shouldn't be too challenging. This test will involve aspects of dieting, and as always I invite anyone with over 150 posts to add any questions they deem appropriate.

1. Dr._______ created a diet that was utilized by former Mr. Olympian Frank Zane.

2. The diet spoken of in question one restricts the dieters intake of what type of nutrient?

3. The previously mentioned diet is used for cutting/bulking?

4. What type of exercise will shed the fat fastest?

5. How long should rest periods be(approx) between sets while cutting?

6. While taking a Sust/Deca/Dbol stack one would fallow a bulking diet. How many times their bodyweight in calories might they consume?(general area)

7. When a Bodybuilder is dieting down for a compitition he is ________ dieting.

8. T3 without ________ will shrink your muscles dramatically.

9. What's more important to success in bodybuilding, steroids or diet?

10. I weigh 220lbs. how much protein would I consume per day as a minimum while bulking?

I'm a little disappointed in my questions, this wasn't an easy topic to cover. Vets give us your questions.
