I've heard that its legal to order supplies of clomid (90 days worth and smaller) in the US from overseas for PERSONAL USE; is a pre-existing US script required to do so legally, and does anyone know of a reputable overseas provider? Thanks in advance! IP: Logged |

You heard of a potential loop whole, to which you do not qualify. Clomid along with Clenbuterol, Novaldex, and other auxillary drugs are classified as "Controled Substances" by the Food and Drug Administration. Although the potential risk of ordering these items is far less than ordering Schedual III gear, you still risk having your package seized and examined. You would then be sent notice of such action by the FDA. Your option then would be to contest the products ceasure or ignore it. Further more the FDA has final discretion over pursuing these matters. Twisted-What is the source of your info about clen,nolvadex,and Clomid being "Controlled"? I think what you mean is that clen is unapproved and and Nolva and Clomid can be rejected for no particular reason due to the fact that the origin of the products(and its potency/cleanliness) cannot be acertained. They searched a package coming to me that contained only clomid and let it through. Didn't confiscate any. No problems. IP: Logged |
