Anyone that has medical background or has been there please advise. I am two months post op and I want to start at three with juice, but I don't want a fourth ACL recon. Please help if you have been there and done that. Crash IP: Logged |

Crash, Unless you're a pro athelete who has a "minutes played" clause in your contract there is no reason to start juicin' after 12 weeks. At 12 weeks that knee is still swollen. And your PT is probably aggravating it even more right now. I blew up my knee in a snowmobile accident. I was out of the juice game for a long time. I would at least wait until your PT shows signs of real strong progress or even better wait until it's finished completely and you get your gym legs back. IP: Logged |

Bro, I had two knee surgeries recently. Not being able to squat for a few months resulted in atrophy...that sucked. I asked my orthopedic surgen for some nandralone to help me get mass back, and he said it would not be a good idea. You want to let the ligaments and tendons heal properly before increasing the weight dramaticaly as you would with juice. Any way, if you have not trained for a whilr b/c of the surgery, you will blow up once you go back. IP: Logged |

Crash71, the basic medical idea behind the use of lets say nandralone undecanote would be to prevent the wasting of muscle tissue around the ligaments along with significant wasting which would occur as a result of that limbs inactivity. If you have acces to nandralone or better growth hormone, and are truely only interested in the recooperative properties then by all means go for it. The use of "product" however is not a pass to begin activity before your physician advices you to. 100-200 mg of deca per week, in conjunction with 2-4 International Unites of GH would be supurb. Note: 100-200mg of deca should not effect testicular axis. AKA natural testosterone shouldnt be effected ------------------ [This message has been edited by Twisted_Steel (edited August 13, 2000).] IP: Logged |
