the search button works. that question is pretty straight-forward. Diet. cut calories, cardio. those are basics to get u started.

This is a really bad question for this board. If you don't know how to lose weight then you have got alot of problems. If you are looking for us to point to some miracle drug, it ain't gonna happen. Drugs can help but diet and training are how you lose weight. Besides you didn't tell us anything about yourself or your situation which makes this question pretty much impossible to answer. steel what are you talking about i lost 35 pounds while on the couch potato diet ..all you do is eat all the fast foods you can find while watching richard simmons sweatin to the oldies and the fat just comes right off ..its fucking amazing ..and it works give it a try..i found the book in the book store its called ...

a lazy way to find out info

Clen...tons of cardio..2x per day if your carrying a heavy load.

Low carbs..200g and under..ketosis...bump your fat up a bit..your body has to have something to burn aside from muscle. Drop your cal. intake about 500-700 cal. below your BMR.

clen, t3 & ECA wont do the trick.
the real answer is high on the cardio and low on the fats+carbs.

after u get to a point in which u'r happy with the resoltes all the above can help with that extra body fat, other wise your gonna end up with twice the fat %.

try to find cardio that u enjoy and making it your basic workout, i realy enjoy runing and i think that it make the fat go away like nothing else,

just my 0.2
