If you are looking for us to point to some miracle drug, it ain't gonna happen. Drugs can help but diet and training are how you lose weight. ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() clen, t3 & ECA wont do the trick. the real answer is high on the cardio and low on the fats+carbs. after u get to a point in which u'r happy with the resoltes all the above can help with that extra body fat, other wise your gonna end up with twice the fat %. try to find cardio that u enjoy and making it your basic workout, i realy enjoy runing and i think that it make the fat go away like nothing else, just my 0.2 IP: Logged |
