You know those articles about how john doe lost twenty pounds of fat while gaining an inch on each arm in eight weeks? how in the hell did he do it? have any of you guys gotten bigger while on a contest diet?

billy...
for my last show, i didn't lose any weight from 10 weeks out till 1 week out....and my bodyfat went from 11% to 4% ...needless to say, i increased my lean muscle mass quite substantially in that 9 week period!

At your age if it is edible eat it! EAT EAT EAT EAT. If you want to be big, then eat like a freakin horse!. You will find tht your weight will go up drastically. I would set my sights for a first contest for 2 years from now at age 20.

My current diet as of yesterday resulted in a 9% loss of adipos tissue and an increase of 8lbs in muscle. 2 weeks outs from show, currently 5% 196lbs

guys...
you gotta be VERY VERY dedicated to all aspects of bodybuilding if you wanna achieve what i did. it's nice to know about drug stacks, but the real secret to what i did was in my diet, as much as some of you guys do not want to hear this...i did not cheat from 6 weeks out till the show. not once. my diet consisted of 400 g protein, as little fat as possible, and carb intake was cyclical, at 50-250 g per day. i would do 1 day higher carbs and 2-3 days low....low days were 50-100 g and high days were 150-250 g. the actual amount depended on what was going on that day. for example...if i was helping a friend move that day and i was scheduled for a workout too, and it was a low carb day, i'd go with 100 g....at the same time, if it was an off day from training, and high carbs was on the agenda, i'd go with 150. all based on my days and little imperfections in my life. as far as the protein, 400 remained a constant. all it was was chicken breast, egg whites without 4/5ths of the yolks, and round steak. i was dividing these foods into 5-8 meals daily. all of my protein was from food, i stopped taking protein powders from 6 weeks out and on.

as far as the training, 1 hr cardio in the AM and 30 min at night after my workouts, and training was a 4 day split, 2 on and 1 off. heavy, intense, and no "burn sets"

as far as my stack, i was at about 2500 mg a day total, and it consisted of prop, winny, anadrol, primobolan, eq, finaplix, clen, T3, yohimbine, and arimidex....i went from 209 to 205...on contest day i was a very very dry and solid 193...if you guys have any Q's, e-mail me!

PS...water intake is of vital importance!!! i don't like water much, but i found a trick. i love those herbal teas, and they are 0 calories. i used to make a 1 1/2 gallon container of it every day, and i put stevia <natural sweetener with 0 calories> into it as well....i found that i could drink 2+ gallons of water a day in this manner
