Work the cuff muscles 2-3x depending on your situation I.E. 3x/week injury rehab, 2x/week prevention/maintainance

You can do the cuff muscles on any upperbody workout day

most exercises are variatins of external & internal rotation. A great article with pictures is on the Testosterone web magazine site - search their archives, it was an article by Charles Poliquin

Also get a shoulder horn & the book "7 minute rotator cuff solution" by jerry robinson.

I also perform the exercise Fozy talks about. I do it two times a weeks. I do them when I do an upper body exercise so that the shoulders get worked then can fully rest.

I use them as a warm-up for shoulder day and again for chest day. I just use them to get some blood into the shoulders, so fatigue/ failure is not an issue.

I find that the low cable station is convenient for the exercise. There are three. One torward your body, one away from your body, and one where you pivot at the shoulder.

They're really difficult to explain without pics, I'd take the above advice and look under the FAQ section at T-Mag (or use the search).

Let me know if you get stuck and I will see what I can dig up for you.

I have problems with my shoulder and I train with a shoulder horn. It really helps alot. It also brings up your bench and back training. check out shoulderhorn.com well worth the money.
