I'm just starting on my fourth week of the cycle, taking 500mg a week sust, and my dbols are at 4 a day now, started with 5 a day. my gains so far are ok, and I have a mean stretch mark on my chest. But I thought the gains would be a bit better. I am up from 95 to 98, thats like 7lbs. My strengh is up as well but not by that much. This is my first cycle as well. Still got 4 or 5 weeks to go. I guess your thinking about kg. when you say you've gone from 95 to 98. The shit takes a couple of weeks to start working, so you might start to see the real gains now. But you should have added more mass. People usually add two or three kilos in just water. I think you probably eat too little, so try increasing your calorie intake. If you have real problems adding weight you might try weight gainers, but if your weight is close to 100 kg. you don't seem to have that problem. Have you got an idea of how many kcal you approxomately eat per day? IP: Logged |

Yeah I eat 5000calories a day at the moment, about 350protein. I must say though that most of my cals come from shakes, i drink 4 a day plus then I still eat. I have got a bit of water but not really, and my strength is up, but i was expecting to be over 100 by now. You think I should up the calories even more? I already feel full and bloated all day long from all the shakes and water I'm consuming every day. Dorian IP: Logged |

Sounds strange. I'm over 100 kg. and eat about 4000kcal, and I have no problem increasing my weight. You sound like one of those guys who can eat whatever they want without adding any weight. I've got some friends who are like that. They can't put on any mass, but they still manage to get stronger. But all of those guys are like 60 kg. Don't know what could be wrong. The only thing I can recomend is to try to eat even more, if that's not too hard. If you weigh 98 and push down 5000kcal a day, you should be able to put on some more weight. This would be the week that the sust kicks in but I'm surprised that the d-bol hasn't done more..are you certain of their legitimacy? Give us a description of your d-bol. IP: Logged |

the dianabol is anabol from thailand. I was also surprized it did not do more. I did the test where you put them on a hard surface and press, and they did not even crumble, slightly bitter taste. They have a little fine line down the middle on one side. 5 sided. The sust is french, I'm in south africa and it is going around here, most people use it, made my mercoix labs. I think maybe I have gained, cause i feel much bigger and my bodyfat was like 18, and I am harder than I was, I did not get much water retention. Anyhow, what you think? Dorian IP: Logged |
