Bros, I want to keep my water retention at a minimum during my next cycle and need some tips for my keeping sodium intake low (like what foods should I be avoiding, etc.)?

avoid most pasta sauces. even though alot of them are low fat they have like 700mg sodium per cup which is nuts.

GQ....stay away from canned soups or box mixed anything...also stay away from sauces that are marked fat free...Because they contain sodium agents that help to increase the Ph leval of the product for shelf life.
Make sure you also drink plenty of water to flush your system.
Good luck

I found low-sodium Starkist albacore (blue &white label) at the store, it must be new, but it only has 35mg's of sodium per serving. That is better than 250! I hope that helps.
