I'm sure there is info in the archives, but with so many new "natural" supps on the market like Methoxy, this bug juice from Cornelius, Trib, Glutamine, Creatine, HMB etc..what is the consensus to use post cycle to try and maintain gains?(going off completely for a couple of months) I've heard good things about the supplement Glutacene(made by Advanced genetics). It is a combo of Glutamine and BCAA's in powder form. Suppposedly best used while working out(sipping)to preserve lean tissue. My plan is just to use Creatine(effervescent)and tons of powdered glutamine.(glutacene) What is the consensus? IP: Logged |

? about Clomid. I have ample amounts, but since I did a Deca only cycle(low dose)I didn't dose any but maybe once a week the last couple of weeks of injects. I have a bit of deca dick right now, but am wondering whether or not I should start hitting Clomid daily at 100mgs per. My last inject was on Tuesday night and everything I've read indicates that Clomid should be introduced later rather than sooner to allow more clearance time out of the system for the deca. Should I wait another 8-10 days before hitting it at 100mgs per? Or should I start doing it now? Appreciate the advice. IP: Logged |

Natural? Shit, what is natural? Apples and stuff? j/k! Well, the only natural stuff I'll go for is maybe Creatine. During the off weeks I take Clomid (3 weeks) clen (3-5 weeks) and Russian Kalium Orotat (all the way). And sorry for asking, what is ZMA? IP: Logged |

Its zinc Magnesium and I believe asparate. Correct me if I'm wrong used the stuff once. Its only supposed to work with people who are defiecent in those areas. IP: Logged |

Keeping gains is predetermined by the foundation you have created for yourself. Once off the juice you will lose leaness in a lot of cases....strength and size seems to be maintained with the ectomorphic build better, but strength and size seems to explode in mesomorphs while on the juice, but the mesomorph seems to have a more pronounced shrinking effect...the more gains you can get clean, the better off you will be...no matter what kind of build you are. ZMA is Zinc and Magnesium Aspartate, all of them also have Vitamin B-6... Several companies make a ZMA product, and if you look at the label they all have exactly the same amount of each. (That is, all of them that I've seen) ------------------ IP: Logged |

Yes it's the same as ZMASSpm ...Thing is, I like Xenadrine so much compared to other ECA's that I bought ZMASSpm only because it's made by Cytodyne. I get supplements dirt cheap though, so if I was paying retail, I'd probably go with any brand when it comes to ZMA. IP: Logged |

Man deca inhibits the testicular axis just like test (only not quite as severe). Youshould always use clomid if it is available to you. Take it now and enjoy your gains a month from now. If not your taking a chance you don't need to as you already have it. IP: Logged |

don't waste your money on chrysin. get maca man from gnc if u can't get clomid. I can feel it working, cuz my dick stays hard all the time. double the dosage. 3 pills in morning, 3 before bed.. thats what i do. IP: Logged |
