I actually like it. The only sides I get is if I take it right before a workout I tend to cramp easier. I take 15g./day.
Later, Green

To be honest I thought it made me slightly leaner looking.

Zero water, nothing. I'm a total non-responder. Like Green, I am more prone to cramping if my water intake is not boosted. In general, I don't bother with it.

even it the water retention was in the muscle, it disappears after the use, no muscle gains. So I will never use it again.

I use it when i am off cyc.

I dont retain alot if any water from it.

i have found people tend to not drink enough water no matter what they take.

If you think you are drinking enough water a day, you probally aren't.

Too much water can not hurt. I generally drink 3 to 4 gallons plus a day.

I piss all the time, but, the fact remains, the more water you drink, the less water your body will retain, no matter what supplement or gear you use.

I tried the effervesent creatine and I gained strength/size gains. Most of the size was minimal water weight. The effervesent tends to not bloat you as much as the monohydrate. Also, the only bad thing was that if I did not drink enough water, I would have kidney pains in my lower back--they hurt a lot!
