all i know is ....don't use it on a high fat no carb diet....i did that...and i almost died ALONE in my college apartment 2 summers ago....i was really being ignorant....800 mg/day and cardio....i hit 104 degrees temperature and passed out cold <actually i was hot as fuck>...the campus was empty and no one would have found me for weeks...my main advice...is get someone who has successful first hand experience <i.e. not me> with it and ask him/her all about it...also i would recommend that you drink water all day with it....it will help rehydrate you PLUS you will be flushing out your liver and kidneys with added water intake....good luck bro....and i thoroughly mean good luck! ------------------ IP: Logged |

Dude...go to www.mesomorphesis.com and type in dnp. There is a real good article on the subject. Another thought if you want to read a article on someone that took the stuff go to www.stacksandweights and go to FAQ. I think that should help you out. Bubba IP: Logged |
