i sleep 1-2 hours a night while prepping for the last 6 weeks prior to a show....these are the times my GHB consumption goes through the roof!!! LOL ------------------ IP: Logged |

If your approaching showtime and dropping bf your nerves will be rough with whatever you may be using. Eq. is not known for sleep problems. Low carbs and calories and intense training will make one restless, edgy and decrease sleep quality. Some simple carbs 1 hour prior to sleep help me. But no food. IP: Logged |

shit i cant go to bed for shit,when i do its shitty sleep and im on 750mg susto, 400mg eq but lately i cant go to bed until real late then when i do im out and can barely get my ass up the next day--ive also the last couple of days been taking a 1000cal wgt gain shake right before bed--i think this helps! im@LRG IP: Logged |

its ultragan, and im on the last 6 weeks of 16 week bulking cycle. i was sleeping fine until i started the ultragan. now i cant sleep even if i take unisom. plus i think the extra 35lbs is making me snore like a motherfucker and pisses my girlfriend off. IP: Logged |
