   when the delivery was made, i was not at home, so mail man left a delivery notice. but the problem is that on that notice there is a signature section which may be required to sign in order to recieve that envelope. what do you think? the mail was by usps express mail. ------------------ IP: Logged |

Just sign for it. Ive seen busts, known people whove been busted, been busted, and on and on. The whole story about getting you to "sign for it" as an admission of guilt is a big fucking lie. If they have it and want you, they will open it, see whats inside and COME AND GET YOU! They wont go through any stupid fucking rope-a-dope with "oh, you signed for it, that means its yours!" When I got poped (it didnt pan out for them, heh heh), they called me saying "Im from the Department of Justice, Drug Enforcement Administration, Parcel Intervention Team. We'd like to talk to you about a Fed Ex package." They said I can come there and meet with them, or theyll come to me. Well, it didnt work out for them and I got away free (well, my wallet was a tad bit lighter), but it shows you what Im saying. I didnt need to sign for the package, my address on it was enough for them... IP: Logged |

Remember, the DEA, CIA, DOJ are parts of the government who are afforded privilages above and beyond what other law enforcment agencies are. In some ways they are almost above the law. If thay want you, theyll have their leg ankle deep in your ass before you can say "I want to see a lawyer!" Sign for it, and dont sweat it. What I had was a measly little amount (Im not a dealer, and never was), and Im sure what you have isnt much. The penalty for possesion isnt really that bad (and that is a WORST case scenario... Yes, sign for it. Signatures are only a red flag when there is a large gap between when it was sent and when you receive. That's why it's so important for a source to stay in contact. This was sent overnight, so there shouldn't be a problem and, honestly, if law enforcement wanted to set up a delivery and bust, or obtain a warrant to search your house, they would not need a signature to charge you (or even to get a conviction under the right circumstances). You left out some important details. Since it was express mail I amassuming it was sent domestically. Also when where you expecting the package?? If it was overnight then you are cool because there really hasn't been enough time to get the law involved,ect. YOu should be fine. that is confidential, but if you think about it, deca takes 5 to 6 weeks to work, enanthate about 3 or 4, on the all tests are created equal page it says the medical dosage for enanthate is biweekly or once a month, so if you go every 2 weeks and take an array of drugs who says you have to burn out your receptors by taking the shit every 4 days or 2x a week.......I know some guys will post some flames to this approach but you know what, you do what you can to survive, and in the steroid game can be detrimental when it comes to law enforcement, so some lipstick on your shirt and alcohol on the breath is better than gear in your possession, when you only are 130 miles away. I've picked up my package several times from the post office. I used a fake name. Seems like if the name on the package is different from the name on the mail-box they want you to pick it up in person. I did not have to sign for anything though. They wanted to see my drivers license and the address on it. IP: Logged |
