![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() i was working out 4 days a week.now its 5.i just feel like i can do more.i know i should rest a lot but is 5 too much.i want bulk.and bulk only.i dont care about fat. oh ,i am juicing so keep that in mind.i would never work out that much when i'm off of gear. i work; day 1-chest/shoulders day 2-back day 3-legs day 4-bi's and tri's day 5-rest day 6-rest IP: Logged |
