i was working out 4 days a week.now its 5.i just feel like i can do more.i know i should rest a lot but is 5 too much.i want bulk.and bulk only.i dont care about fat.
oh ,i am juicing so keep that in mind.i would never work out that much when i'm off of gear.
i work;
day 1-chest/shoulders
day 2-back
day 3-legs
day 4-bi's and tri's
day 5-rest
day 6-rest

Shit, I do some form of exercise everyday. I lift 6 days a week and do cardio 7 days a week and yeah I'm juiced.

monday-am cardio, pm shoulders ,abs
tuesday-am cardio,pm chest
wednesday-am cardio, abs
thursday- bi's tri's
fri-am cardio, pm legs, abs
sat- back, rear delts, pm cardio
sun off

Workout 5 days a week and Cardio 1, Total of 6 days. I'll change up the day off during the week to keep it fresh with adequate rest.

just got done with a six day a week routine, now I am at a four day routine, here it is-

day1-quad, calves, forearms
day2-chest, bicep
day3-lower back, hamstring, tricep
day4-upper back, shoulder, abs
day5,6,7-rest, eat a lot

4 days lifting -antagonist split

M-Bi's/Tri's/Forearms
T-Quads/Hams/Calves
W-Rest
T-Chest/Back -Don't know why, but it works!
F-Rest/Cardio
S-Delts/Traps
Su-Rest/Cardio

Current workout/ I change it every 6-8 weeks

3 days/week 4 days rest.. no consecutive training days

Day1 Chest,shoulders,triceps
Day2 OFF
Day3 Legs
Day4 OFF
Day5 OFF
Day6 Back,traps,biceps,abbs
Day7 OFF
