It is supposed to help you figuring out sust dosages(for best effect, how much test you have in your system, when it's out of your system....etc, etc)....I think it is that spreadsheet he means, but it's been six months since I looked at it so I don't remember it exactly. The guy who made made the original, didn't know shit about sustanons halflife, thats why I wouldn't use it!!!
