Bump - wondering the same. I have been making good gains but I know I am not eating enough calories for my size. I weigh 265 so it's not easy. I am finishing week 4 on SUST/DECA and am thinking I need to push as hard as possible on the calories now for the next 8 weeks since the sust should really be kicking in now.

Makes good sense to me...but would like to hear other experiances, as I am in the middle of week 2. I think I over ate my first week.

I'm on Sust too, and would like to know the same thing. I've only been on it for about 5 days now. When do all of the different test's activate in the bloodstream?? Any good websites anyone knows of that have all the correct info on steroid half-lives??

Always eat like a horse, no matter if on cycle or not. You can't grow without fuel. Period.


Sustenon: (Sostenon)

This is a blend of four different steroids:

Testosterone propionate: 30mg stays active for 3-4 days

Testosterone Phenylpropionate: 60mg -"- 1-3 weeks

Testosterone Isocaporate: 60mg -"- 1-3 weeks

Testosterone decanotate: 100mg -"- 2-4 weeks

NY if you are bulking then there is no diet. Throw down food like there is no tomorrow. Try to stay away from the "bad" fats. But for bulking there is no real diet. Just eat.

Rotten and aahepp are correct.

You need to start eating massive amounts a few weeks in advance in order to start feeling the benefits by the time the test really starts to kick in. Otherwise you will be disappointed by the results until that point.

Yes, you would actually be better off doing like 2Thick said. It takes your body a little while to get used to a change in diet so it is actually best to start your diet a couple of weeks before your cycle and continue it all the way through. Sust may not kick in very hard at the begginning but it should still kick in within 2 weeks. Peace...Mav

food is the ultimate drug and you can't repeat can't grow without it mrps are cool but no substitue for real grub
one of the most common mistakes with gear is not eating enough
i read that the best gains are made on 6000 calories and up ask Lee Priest or old school Mass Monster Vic Richards (where is he now)
Vic used to eat like 10000 calories daily
eat and grow my friend
