Well, this is how it goes.
I've started noticing this in past 1-2 years:
Everytime I drink more than one-two glasses of milk, in about 20 minutes I must go to the bathroom. Don't have to say why, I guess. As I said, I have never had this problem in the past. Can someone become intolerant, or you are born that way. WTF should I do? Please help.

P.S.
There is no lactose free milk in my country. (SHIT!)

Sounds like you are, and yes over time you can become intolerant to milk if your body starts to reduce the production of neccessary enzymes for digestion. It started for me when I hit around 30 years old. If you dont have lactose free milk where you are see if you can find something like Lactaid, you chew a few tabs before having dairy products, I'm sure their available on line if you cant find them locally, everything else is now.

I was talking w/ my doctor last week, and he said cow milk isn't good for the human body. Our bodies aren't designed to digest it. He said its just a huge marketing thing. He also said that new studies have shown that soy milk can increase estrogen over a period of time. Don't have anything to back it up. Just what the doc told me.

So, it may be so. I am 32 now, and it could be what Yoda said.

Thanks bros.

Hey bro, I'm not sure what country you are in but in the United States we have a product called "LACTAID" that is OTC and you take the pill like 30 mins. before you eat any dairy products and I'm not for sure, but I think it is suppose to substitute for the enzyme that most lactose intolerant people are missing to help the digestion. Not for sure about the metabolic pathway though but I know it works because I am lactose intolerant and when I "carb-up" i always go to the store and buy some low fat ice cream and I always buy the Lactaid.

Hope this helps.
