I know this may sound a little bizzare, but can any you guys tell me your experiences with food poisoning, the main one being did you get a major headache that you couldn't shake off?I must off ate some dodgy meat Monday or Tuesday this week and since then my stools turned to green water,my stomach feels like it's being kicked all over the place and i haven't eaten in 3 days.I can handle the stomach thing, but it's this damned headache, right at the front between the eyes,3 days old no sign of going. Thanks for any feedback fellas.

There are many kinds of food poison. Salmonella and Ecoli are the big ones. I have had both. I also work in a lab to test for Salmonella on egg farms. It usually will take 3 to 5 days for the stomach to calm down. Dehydation is a biggest factor. This may be what is causing the headaches as well. As each day progresses you will slowly return to normal. Drink plenty of fluids and stay away from dairy products during your recovery.
