I know this may sound a little bizzare, but can any you guys tell me your experiences with food poisoning, the main one being did you get a major headache that you couldn't shake off?I must off ate some dodgy meat Monday or Tuesday this week and since then my stools turned to green water,my stomach feels like it's being kicked all over the place and i haven't eaten in 3 days.I can handle the stomach thing, but it's this damned headache, right at the front between the eyes,3 days old no sign of going. Thanks for any feedback fellas.

I had food poisoning a few times. I never really had a headache.

The headache can be from not drinking enough water.

All that shitting is really dehydrating you. DRINK WATER!!! tons of it.

dehydration from diarreah (really serious diarreah) can cause severe headaches. But if you are that dehydrated you need to go to the hospital...now. Make sure you drink plenty of H2O and also make sure your electrolytes are up. Eat bananas for potassium.
