how long should i wait between an 8 week sus250 cycle. and on my second cycle should i bump up the dosage to 500mg a week as opposed to the previous cycle of 250mg a week.? ------------------ IP: Logged |

You should wait at least 8 weeks until the next cycle. With Sustenon, you can get the same gains with the same dosage on a consecutive cycle. Only bump it up if you want to gain more than you did during your first cycle. ------------------ http://2thick.elitefitness.com IP: Logged |

A month after your last shot? That's crap. Sustanon is active for a month, so in essence you'd never be off. The time off technically would begin a month after your last shot. As a mental issue it kinda sucks doesn' it?  You feel in your mind that you have been off alot longer. IP: Logged |
