tuna, tuna, and uh........tuna. if that gets old try cutting up onions, tomatos, whatever up into it. also you can add ranch dressing to the mayo for a change. eggs are cheep too. if you are a student, you can try sneaking into the cafateria twice a day. worked for me.

Superdave I've been in your shoes not long ago. It's tough but you really have to take from other areas of your life during your 10 weeks on cycle. It's hard no doubt, but achievable. Also the tuna idea is cheap and effective along with a ton of milk and cheap cereal. Bags of raw potatoes are cheap and can give good carbs when baked. If your bulking screw the skim milk. Use at least 1% to up your calories when your having trouble making ends meet, and keeping your calories high.

150 grams of protein costs about $2.50 if bought on-line. Add to that peanuts for calories and milk and bananas for all around quality, you can eat perfectly for $5/day or less. Just be smart and shop at discount stores. Students are supposed to be poor. I know I was.

I feel you bro.......i too am a poor student but still eat right. use the optimum nutrition 5lb containers of whey protein, they run me about $75-100 month and i drink five of em a day for a total of about 200g protein. after that, just eat cheap......tuna and ramen noodles is my staple when bulking, along with eggs, potatoes, chicken and minute rice. just by the ghetto brand goodies from the store like mac and cheese--youd be surprised at how cheaply you can eat with a little ingenuity

Shop at discount grocery outlets!!!! These places routinely sell their shit for about 1/2 the price of regular groceries!!! (ex. Can of tuna for 0.45 cents ect.) The only thing wrong with most of the stuff is that it was damaged in transport and regualr grocery stores can't sell it, but watch out for expired stuff!!!
