Hey everyone, Im new to the board but not new to the game of roids. Just wanted to introduce myself and I have a question regarding insulin manipulation:
In the boards experience, what type of gains can be made using insulin BETWEEN cycles as opposed to DURING a cycle. I want to use it with my next cycle (mostly an androgen stack) but since i wont be using GH (not expericned enough nor can I afford it) I may simply use it now in my down time with creatine. I know all the risks as well as all the means necessary to stay healthy on insulin, and have read up on it fairly well. I just wanted to see what type of gains you all have made of it and if it is worth that potential risk...

I am using it now only on training days between my cycles. I plan on using it for 4-6 weeks @ 10iu after lifting and 5-10ius again later. I consume 50-70g protein & 100-150g carbs with each insulin dose. I primarily think it helps in carb loading for your next training day. Personally, I havn't noticed a drastic difference just better pumps and less recovery time required. I do suggest not using the muscle injection method as it is much more dangerous.

If your more prone to fat accumulation (as I am) just do it after work outs. I do 10 I.U.
of Humalog (faster acting than Humalin R) and take in 60 grams of carbs right away. Then about an hour later I have a protien/carb meal (my post work out meal).
One thing to remember is that insulin will send consumed fat into your fat stores if you eat any fats while it is active... so avoid fat while the dose is active in you.
