I was wondering what you should consume for water on a bulking cycle as opposed to a cutting cycle and/or in general if not cycling at all? I was drinking 2 gallons a day while on my cycle and was told I should be at 3. Any comments? What's good?

2 gallons a day is plenty.

2 is plenty, but for me closer to 3 gallons a day helps me fight water retention. I figure its because the presence of so much water in my body stops my body from signaling to retain it?!?!

How about 2.5 gal/day ? Seriously though I agree for sure two gal/day. Not only will it help keep bloating down it helps your body filter the gear.

I do about 1.5 gallons a day.I feel good.
2 is plenty.

I drink right around 3 and I can never stop pissing Its also good for the skin

Depends on the person. I have hard time consuming a gallon of pure water ed. In fact I try for 1/2 gal min and count the water in my protein and such as the rest. I grew up in a desert and I don't sweat much. It takes me up to 30 minutes of cardio to start sweating.

i got a question, when your drinking it, is it 2 gallons of tap water, or the purified water from those big jugs. i ask cuz at work we have those jugs where the water comes out of. any thoughts on this one?!?!

I drink distilled water mostly and then bottled spring water if distilled is not available. I never drink from tap!
