Hey bros just wondering if anyone has had this happen to them. There is a guy that seems to be everywhere I'm at. Everytime and I mean every time not just here and there but every where I go and eat he is there. I'm talking about like 14 time in the last 4 weeks. This is in several different towns like 5. These towns are like anywhere from 20 miles to 50 miles apart. I also have notice him at some of the intersection that I have been at. I intimedate most people who stare at me but this doesn't. He comes in to the resturant about 10 min. after I get there and sets two tables across from me, orders a glass of tea and stares at me. You're absolutely, positively sure it's the same guy? You're not freaking out/seeing things or just confusing people (not a flame)? If you're sure, the person could be: a) a cop/law enforcement b) somebody/somebody's friend or relative that you have screwed over (or thinks you have) (if you've screwed anybody over -- not saying you have) c) a nut-job d) somebody in the same line of work or somebody that has to travel the same way you do (unlikely) I wouldn't jump to beat on him, I'd just walk up to him, be friendly and say "gee, I seem to see you everywhere I go, I wonder why that is..." Assess the situation from there. I would consider filing stalking/harrasment charges if you get the feeling he's not law enforcement -- just to get it on the books in case the situation escalates. bigtruck is right- law inforcement do not make it intentionaly obvious that they are watching you -they are seeking a bust(thats their job) if they get evidence that you have done something illegal then they will approach you. if you know they are there then chances are you will clean up and stop any possible activity if any exist. this guy knows he has been made and is not spying on you but rather keeping a loction on you. they will track who you talk to and addresses of where you go. if you did something illegal then they know and are awaiting some instructions on how to approach you and in the meantime they want to knjow where to find you. WHERE YOU EVER IN THE MILITARY This is a similar scenario of someone I know and it stemed from past military employment and he is now employeed by the military again Just a thought IP: Logged |

Actually the law will make it obvious that they are following you, only when its to their advantage, but it does happen. Watch your back, if this guys a loony he can do anything to you unexpectedly without a reason. I would call a cop bro, first clean out your place and make sure your not holding any drugs, weapons, AS whatever. Then call the cops and explain it to them. I find it very hard to believe that it would be the same guy, especially since you are in towns 20-50 miles apart. If you are sure it's the same guy, then he has to be following you. This sounds really weird. I've got a few gay guys who like to follow me around the gym and in the locker room (you should see them when they catch me in the showers), but nothing like what you're describing. As for this guy being a cop, I don't know much about law enforcement, but it seems to me that if he were a cop, he'd be keeping a low profile so that he could catch you doing something illegal. My suggestions. First, be careful. There are lots of weirdos out there. I wouldn't confront him. If he is some weirdo following you, that's what he wants, your attention, positive or negative. Do a little private eye work of your own and find out what you can about is guy. What kind of car does he drive? Get the tag number and see what you can find out through MVA. I think you can still get info from them through the freedom of info act. It might cost you a few bucks, but that might help you confirm if he's a cop or not and give you other important info about him. If you go to the police, I don't think that they are going to take you too seriously unless you have some proof. I'd get a camera, like a pocket disposable, and carry it with me. Every time you see him out somewhere, snap a picture of this clown. Get pictures of his car and anything else you can. This gives the cops some evidence and, by itself, may scare the guy away. Yes bro I was in the military. I delt with chemical warfare. I just came back from lunch that f**cking idoit came in and did the same thing, but I had asuprise for him. He didn't even see it coming. I took one of my co-workers with me for backup. I walk over to the table and gave him a bogus name and asked what was his problem in the mean time he didn't know my buddy was behind him. He is a big bro 6'3" and about 290lbs. some fat but just naturally big. This dude didn't say a f**king word just got up and walked out of the place. He didn't even pay for his drink. Same shit happend to an ex-girlfriend of mine. Every time she would leave my house this guy would follow her home and drive by her house a few times. so one night a friend and I layed down in her car and drove home with her sure a shit this fuck comes driving up a follows us. we turned on her street and he went past, luckly the street he went up was a dead end so he had to come back down, so we blocked it off with her car. when the guy pulled up we ran up and were like get the F outa the car we were gona beat this guy I had a knife and my friend had a bat this guy was I serious trouble, so he starts yellin take the paper, take the paper, turns out he's the fucking paper boy and her house was on his route. Was in a similat situation where DEA agents were watching myself and a few friends because of a stupid acquaintence. I walked up to the window of the car and asked who he was and copied all information about the car and the guy. He disapeared and then I read in the paper where they busted a coke dealer and were looking into several leads. There has been some good advice and some bad on this. First of all, if he ws 5-0 he would not be so conspicuous. Secondly, you have not mentioned whether or not you have a reason to be worried. Are you dealing or were you part of something that somwone else got busted for. If he wanted something from a legal standpoint he would not be in your face-that defeats the whole purpose. I would be however on the lookout for friends trying to introduce "people" to you, even those you trust, for the next few weeks or so.
